1. Agreement

By accessing delishful.biz (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Delisful LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Delishful. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

Delishful provides digital marketing, strategy, design, and related professional services. Descriptions on the Site are for general information. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful manner
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Site’s security or infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• Copy or reuse Site content except as permitted by law or with our written consent

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s content, branding, and design are owned by Delisful LLC or our licensors. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes, but you may not reproduce materials for commercial use without permission.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice unless expressly agreed in a separate contract.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delisful LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to Site use shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us for Site-related services in the preceding three months, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars (or equivalent).

7. Third-party services

The Site may rely on third-party infrastructure (including Cloudflare). We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
